A named person, not a company.
The appointment runs on me as a natural person, a state-certified technician in electrical engineering. Condura Energy is the contracting party, not the holder of the mandate.
Your appointed Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft, with the authority, the means and the right to stop work that the role actually requires.
In Germany, the Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft carries out the operator's duties for the safe operation of electrical installations, for the technical organisation, and for the qualification of everyone working under that authority, in their own responsibility.
An appointment only works if it comes with real authority. Instruction rights over the people who work on the installation have to be written down and made known, not assumed, and the person holding them has to be free of technical instruction from above. The means to act, organisational, personnel and financial, belong in the same document. § 13 ArbSchG and DIN VDE 1000-10 set the frame.
What an appointment cannot do is move the whole duty. Selecting, organising and supervising remain with you as the operator. Done properly, liability is organised. It is never eliminated. I work for owners and operators of electrical installations in Germany, and for the service providers and subcontractors working on them.
They sit with a plant manager or a technician who never received them in writing, and nobody holds the authority the role depends on.
Someone is named, but without instruction rights, without means and without stop-work authority. The document exists, the conditions it depends on do not.
Nobody in the organisation holds the qualification, or the person who does cannot be given authority over their own management line.
Assets acquired, taken over or scaled up faster than the electrical organisation around them, with no documented walkdown and no current view of the installation.

No mandate without a documented first walkdown, and presence intervals fixed in the contract. Presence and knowledge of the installation are conditions, not extras.
Thirty minutes on a call, or a mail if you prefer. No preparation needed.
