I am an independent renewable energy consultant and interim executive with over a decade of experience managing large-scale offshore wind assets and leading complex energy programmes worldwide.
My background spans the full operational spectrum, from electrical engineering and hands-on site leadership to executive management and full P&L accountability for a large-scale offshore wind portfolio.
I founded Condura Energy to give asset owners, operators, and investors direct access to that depth of experience, without the overhead, the distance, or the layers of a large consultancy.

Where I Started
I began my career as an electrical technician, working directly on wind turbines, understanding assets from the ground up. That foundation shapes everything I do today. I do not advise on things I have not operated myself.
Where I Developed
Over the following decade I progressed through site leadership, operations management, and programme delivery, managing multi-site portfolios, leading international teams, and carrying direct accountability for asset performance, safety, and commercial results.
Where I Am Now
I founded Condura Energy to bring that experience directly to clients who need it: as an interim or embedded executive, running programmes, recovering underperforming assets, advising owners, or as the appointed Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft under German law. Electrical safety is the specialisation.
