Condura Energy was founded by Tobias Symann, an independent renewable energy consultant with over a decade of experience managing large-scale energy assets worldwide.
The name Condura comes from conductance, the opposite of resistance. I go in where energy stops flowing, and I restore the flow.

Availability
I take on a limited number of engagements at a time. Current availability on request.
How I engage
Embedded remotely, with on-site presence part-time or for defined periods, on a day-rate or monthly retainer basis, scoped to the outcome we agree. Where the need is continuing rather than a defined piece of work, that retainer can be scheduled calls, document review, and availability when a decision cannot wait.
